The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Board Room/Court Room located in the Town Hall, 101

Conger Boulevard, Groton, NY.  If there are no agenda

items, the meeting may be cancelled.

Meetings are subject to open meetings law and must meet NY State noticing requirements therefore, applications need to be submitted 10 days prior to the meeting date.
