• Discussion & Action to set a new official newspaper due to the Cortland Standard no longer being in 

        business

• Propose Local Law #1 of 2025 Flood Damage Prevention Law-   Resolution 25-030 authorized law to move forward if no changes were required by the DEC audit. This copy was sent via email 3/28/2025- to the board. The EIS draft and all documents sent to County Planning.

• Discussion & Action - County GML 239 Review of Local Law #1 2025

• Set Public Hearing Date for Local Law #1 of 2025-  (May 13, 2025 @      PM)

• Set Environmental Quality Review parts 2 & 3 for May 13, 2025

• Draft Fee Schedule 2025 (*new*  Flood Plain Dev. Permit & SWPPP Review)​

• Discussion and Action on NYSERDA Energy Study
