All meetings are held in the Court Room of the Groton Town Hall located at 101 Conger Boulevard Groton, NY.
All meetings are open to the public. Some meetings may have a time for the public to speak, some may not.
A scheduled Public Hearing will always allow the public to speak to the specific topic recognized. Individuals with visual, hearing or other impairments wishing to speak and need assistance should contact the Town Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the time of the Public Hearing. 
Please contact the Town Supervisor to be added to the meeting agenda for specific items to be brought to the Town Board and provide an estimation of your time needs.
